Going Rogue

Prologue
Silent looks
Warm feeling within.
Familiar, yet overwhelming
young, bold, and never ending.
Beauty in ubiquity
Metaphors, a wild guess
We call it love instead.

Dialogue
Cold Autumn rain
Your words echo and overwhelm,
every pathwalk in my brain.
Heart, stomach, lungs
They all ache in pain
We walk in the rain.

Monologue
Thank you.
Thank you, for shaping my world and coloring my soul.
Thank you, for all the wonderful thoughts
which painted every color, interpreted by the heart.

Epilogue
I shed a tear of joy
You shed a smile.
We let go and find our way
If only for a while.
